Hardinge's Super-Precision toolroom lathe. Infinitely variable spindle 125–3,000 RPM with 1¼" spindle bore. Used for second-ops, pin work, and short-run turned components on bar stock through 5C.

Mitsui MSG-205MH
Ball-way precision surface grinder with optical wheel-prep system. 0.00001" down feed (~0.25 µm) and 0.00005" cross feed (~1.25 µm). Mold-plate flattening, parting-line prep, and form-grinding small carbide and hardened-steel work.
