Future Micro Mold was founded in Sarasota by veterans of medical-device design and precision contract manufacturing: engineers and machinists who had spent their careers watching medical programs slip because the tolerances the specification demanded could not be held.
We built the facility we required when we were on the OEM side: ISO 9001:2015, lights-out machining cells, documented process windows, and a four-person team that knows every part leaving the building.
How we work.
Documented, or it did not happen
Process windows, SPC, and first-article reports. If it ships, it is traceable to a cavity and a shift.
Medical is the benchmark
Non-medical work is held to the same medical standard. The customer does not pay extra for that discipline.
Engage us early
The expensive mistakes occur in CAD, not on the machine. We prefer to join your program at the concept stage.
Scale is deliberate
You speak directly with the moldmaker. No account managers and no intermediate layers: four people on one floor.
