Future Micro Mold was founded in Sarasota by veterans of medical-device design and precision contract manufacturing — engineers and machinists who'd spent careers watching medical programs slip because nobody could hold the tolerances the spec demanded.
We built the shop we wished we had when we were on the OEM side. ISO 9001:2015, lights-out machining cells, documented process windows — and a 4-person team that still knows every part that leaves the building.
How we work.
Documented or didn't happen
Process windows, SPC, first-article reports. If it ships, it's traceable to a cavity and a shift.
Medical is the benchmark
Even non-medical work runs to our medical standard. The customer doesn't pay extra for the discipline.
