Submitting an RFQ through this website initiates a quoting process only. Any pricing, lead time, or specification detail communicated by Future Micro Mold LLC — whether by email, phone, or written quotation — constitutes an offer to negotiate and is not a binding contract.
A binding agreement is created only upon execution of a signed Purchase Order accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Future Micro Mold LLC. All orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions, which will be provided with any formal quotation.
We treat all design files, drawings, specifications, and technical details submitted through this site as confidential. We will not share, reproduce, or disclose your design information to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
If your program requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to submission, contact us at sales@futuremicromoldllc.com before submitting any proprietary information. We maintain mutual NDA templates and will execute one promptly upon request.
You retain all intellectual property rights in any designs, drawings, or specifications you submit. By submitting materials, you grant Future Micro Mold LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use those materials solely for the purpose of evaluating and fulfilling your request.
Future Micro Mold LLC does not claim ownership of any customer-supplied intellectual property. Tooling, fixtures, and process know-how developed by Future Micro Mold to manufacture your parts remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We strive to ensure that information on this website — including capability specifications, tolerances, and equipment details — is accurate and current. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the information is error-free or complete. Confirm all technical requirements directly with our engineering team before relying on website content for program planning.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Micro Mold LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or submission of an RFQ.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100.00).
