Terms of Service

Submitting an RFQ through this website initiates a quoting process only. Any pricing, lead time, or specification detail communicated by Future Micro Mold LLC — whether by email, phone, or written quotation — constitutes an offer to negotiate and is not a binding contract.

A binding agreement is created only upon execution of a signed Purchase Order accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Future Micro Mold LLC. All orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions, which will be provided with any formal quotation.

Online orders for 3D-printed prototypes are the one exception: they are governed by the Online Prototype Orders section below.

This section applies when you order 3D-printed prototypes and pay online, either on the order card in our quoting assistant or on Stripe’s payment page reached from our Claude connector. For these orders the price shown is firm, and paying it places the order. Where this section conflicts with another section of these terms, this section governs the order.

Acceptance and file review. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we email you an order confirmation. We review every file before printing. If a file can’t be printed as sent, we will tell you why and refund the order in full, or, if you prefer, work with you on a corrected file. We may decline any order, with a full refund.

Price, shipping and tax. The price covers the parts and standard shipping to one address in the United States; we ship to US addresses only. Ship times are estimates in business days, not guarantees. Prices do not include sales tax unless tax is shown at checkout.

Cancellations. You may cancel for a full refund until printing starts: email sales@futuremicromoldllc.com with your order number. Once printing has started, the order can’t be cancelled.

Reprints and refunds. If parts arrive damaged, or don’t match your file within the normal accuracy of the process and material you chose, tell us within 14 days of delivery, with photos, and we will reprint or refund those parts, at our option. We don’t refund for results that come from the design itself, such as fit, strength or function as designed, or for the normal characteristics of the process (layer lines, support marks, small dimensional variation).

What prototypes are for. Printed parts are prototypes for checking form, fit and function. They are supplied without certification or warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Do not use them in medical implants, in contact with food or drugs, or anywhere their failure could cause injury or damage.

Your files. You confirm that you have the right to have the files you upload made, and that they contain no export-controlled technical data (for example, data controlled under ITAR or the EAR). You keep all rights in your designs, as described under Intellectual Property.

Liability. For an online order, our total liability for any claim relating to that order is limited to the amount you paid for it. The exclusion of indirect, incidental, consequential and punitive damages under Limitation of Liability also applies.

We treat all design files, drawings, specifications, and technical details submitted through this site as confidential. We will not share, reproduce, or disclose your design information to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.

If your program requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to submission, contact us at sales@futuremicromoldllc.com before submitting any proprietary information. We maintain mutual NDA templates and will execute one promptly upon request.

You retain all intellectual property rights in any designs, drawings, or specifications you submit. By submitting materials, you grant Future Micro Mold LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use those materials solely for the purpose of evaluating and fulfilling your request.

Future Micro Mold LLC does not claim ownership of any customer-supplied intellectual property. Tooling, fixtures, and process know-how developed by Future Micro Mold to manufacture your parts remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We strive to ensure that information on this website — including capability specifications, tolerances, and equipment details — is accurate and current. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the information is error-free or complete. Confirm all technical requirements directly with our engineering team before relying on website content for program planning.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Micro Mold LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or submission of an RFQ.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100.00). For an online prototype order, the limit in Online Prototype Orders applies instead.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use automated tools to scrape, index, or harvest data from this site without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to block access for any user who violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
